This Tax Policy explains how taxes, duties, and import charges are handled when you purchase products from our website (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the tax terms described below.

Tax rules vary by destination country. This policy outlines how we handle taxes for major regions including the EU, Australia, and the United States.

2. European Union (EU) VAT – IOSS

For orders shipped to EU member states:

2.1 Orders under €150

We may collect VAT at checkout under the IOSS system.

  • VAT is displayed and charged at checkout
  • Your parcel clears customs faster
  • No additional VAT is collected upon delivery

2.2 Orders over €150

IOSS does not apply.

  • VAT and duties may be collected by customs upon arrival
  • The customer is responsible for these charges

3. United Kingdom (UK) VAT

For orders shipped to the UK:

  • Orders under £135: VAT may be collected at checkout
  • Orders over £135: VAT and duties may be collected upon import

The customer is responsible for any import charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Australia & New Zealand – GST

For orders shipped to Australia or New Zealand:

  • We may collect 10% GST (Australia) or 15% GST (New Zealand) at checkout
  • If GST is not collected at checkout, the customer may be charged by customs upon arrival

5. United States – Sales Tax

The United States does not charge federal import VAT. However, depending on the destination state:

  • State sales tax may apply
  • Marketplace or logistics partners may collect tax
  • Some states require tax on online purchases

If applicable, sales tax will be shown at checkout.

For import duties:

  • Most consumer electronics under $800 enter duty‑free
  • Larger or specialized equipment may be subject to customs review

6. Canada – GST / HST / PST

For orders shipped to Canada:

  • GST/HST/PST may apply depending on the province
  • Taxes may be collected at checkout or upon import

The customer is responsible for any import duties unless otherwise stated.

7. Import Duties & Customs Fees

Depending on your country’s regulations, your order may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs inspection fees
  • Brokerage fees
  • Handling charges

Unless explicitly stated as DDP(Delivered Duty Paid), these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Who Pays the Taxes?

We collect taxes at checkout when:

  • Required by law (EU IOSS, AU GST, UK VAT under threshold)
  • Required by payment processors (Stripe / PayPal compliance)

Customer pays taxes upon delivery when:

  • Order exceeds IOSS/UK threshold
  • Destination country requires import duties
  • Shipping method is DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid)

9. Incorrect Tax Calculation

If you believe tax was incorrectly applied:

  2. Provide your order number and destination country
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

10. Changes to Tax Regulations

Tax laws change frequently. We reserve the right to update this policy to comply with new regulations.
