Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client relationships across marine, geophysical, and industrial sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and regional partnerships
- Present product solutions and technical capabilities to clients
- Coordinate with internal engineering and logistics teams for project delivery
- Represent Jones GeoMarine at exhibitions and conferences
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B technical or industrial sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with marine or geophysical equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

⚙️ System Design Engineer (Shanghai & Hong Kong)
Position Type: Full‑time Location: Shanghai, China / Hong Kong SAR Department: Engineering & Product Development
Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate marine and geophysical systems
- Develop hardware and software interfaces for data acquisition and control
- Collaborate with R&D teams on acoustic, RF, and sensor technologies
- Conduct system validation, calibration, and field testing
- Support production and deployment for global clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering
- Experience in system integration or embedded design
- Familiarity with CAD, MATLAB, or LabVIEW preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- English proficiency required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
